A large part of our business is wholesale roofing jobs for builders so we are able to purchase roofing materials at a wholesale discount. We get truckload pricing on shingles and are able to pass the savings onto our customers. We're certified as a preferred contractor with Owens Corning which means we meet their high standards and strict requirements for professionalism and reliability.

We used Intown craftsmen to replace our roof, gutters, repair interior water damage to ceilings. They waited until there wouldn’t be rain, rescheduled easily and proactively, answered texts and emails at 8am or 8pm. Our house survived hurricane Michael without a leak!
When asked to put another coat of paint on the drywall repair (for the invisible color difference only my eyes can see), no problem. When we asked for gutters to be rerouted, came the next day. When we found a nail in our car tire not long after the work completed, agreed to reimburse us the cost. Will be keeping Intown craftsman in mind for our future projects.

Russ was immensely prompt, helpful and patient, assisting me with choosing roof shingle and gutter colors to match our 1923 historic house. We were also installing a new 1,500 gallon cistern, so Russ met with our landscapers to coordinate the extra wide (6 inch instead of 4 inch) gutter system we needed to shunt the water to the cistern. Russ paid attention to the details that we were not even aware of, such as adding a barrier over the front entrance so that in a downpour, the rain would not fall on us as we entered our front porch. We had a pressing need to get started because of the leaks, and Russ expedited the process, which really put our minds at ease.
